General Terms

To enhance an exceptional perfume platform perfumesforsaleonline.com, Perfumes For Sale Online issues this comprehensive Return and Refund Policy. Applicable to all users on perfumesforsaleonline.com

Perfumes For Sale Online strives to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. We understand that sometimes you may change your mind or encounter issues with your purchase. Therefore, we offer a 14-day return policy to ensure your satisfaction.

Our refund and return policy lasts 14 business days from the day the item is delivered and confirmed by the delivery service at your door.

Unfortunately, if 14 business days have passed since your date of delivery, we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

When applicable, certain products returned may be subject to a 35% restocking fee. Perfumes For Sale Online reserves the right to update this Return Policy, which will be published at refunds@perfumesforsaleonline.com.

Please make sure to read thoroughly and keep yourself updated on how and what to expect when returning an item. Return & refund application needs to be filed within 14 days from the delivery date completed at your door. Perfumes For Sale Online will not support order cancellations or refunds before shipping confirmation.

We don’t accept non-defective remorse returns. If Perfumes For Sale Online accepts the after-sale request for the reason type of “non-defective remorse returns” and requires to deduct a “restocking & repacking fee”, under Perfumes For Sale Online policy restriction, the “restocking & repacking fee” in total deducted shall not exceed 35% of the order total price.

If Perfumes For Sale Online cannot fulfill the order within the indicated processing time, the customer can request to cancel and refund their order.

In cases of damaged goods, Perfumes For Sale Online will provide a prepaid return label within 10 business days of the buyer’s refund request and refund the buyer upon the return’s transit confirmation.

Customers must provide evidence for after-sales requests within the stipulated 14-day policy period. Perfumes For Sale Online will determine whether compelling evidence exists.

Various circumstances are subject to these outlined principles.

Refund Request Timing:

You have the right to request a full refund for your order after the product has been delivered. Processing and handling time are business days Mon-Fri, weekends and holidays do not count towards handling time before out for delivery.

At Perfumes For Sale Online, we aim to ensure a seamless refund experience for both unshipped and shipped orders.

For Unshipped Orders, you must request a return or refund after the product has been delivered. Perfumes For Sale Online will not automatically refund your order. You must contact refunds@perfumesforsaleonline.com to request your guaranteed 14-day return.

After Processing Time Has Passed: You will have to wait for the product to be delivered and contact refunds@perfumesforsaleonline.com to request your 14-day refund request.

Important: Even if your order is still within the stated processing time, your refund request must be processed after delivery.

However, Perfumes For Sale Online does offer the convenience of same-day cancellation, allowing customers to quickly change their minds without any hassle.

For Shipped Orders:

After the Order Has Shipped: If you make a return or refund request after your order has shipped, Perfumes For Sale Online has 14 business days to process your request upon delivery.

With this streamlined process, we ensure that refunds are handled quickly and efficiently, giving you peace of mind whether your order is on its way or still being processed.

It may take up to 30 days to process the full refund, it could be less depending on the circumstances.

Goods Returned in Transit:

Should the package you purchased be returned during transit for any reason and the customer request a refund, Perfumes For Sale Online commits to processing the refund within 10 business days from the date of the refund request.

In a similar scenario, if the customer opts for redelivery, Perfumes For Sale Online will initiate the redelivery process within 7 business days of the request date.

Goods Destroyed in Transit:

If you happen to receive damaged merchandise or broken merchandise during transit for any reason and have proof from the logistics that the order was destroyed, please provide all proof, such as emails and pictures, and apply for a refund.

To start the process of returning the merchandise, you must have compelling evidence, such as pictures and videos. No screenshots are allowed!

Perfumes For Sale Online will refund the order within 7 business days of the customer’s refund request, or redelivery within 14 business days of the request. The damaged merchandise must be returned before any refund will be issued.

The return information will be provided after the Customer has requested the return or refund.

Wrong Receipt Information:

If the customer puts the wrong information on an order, you have 1 day to correct the right order/receipt information by contacting refunds@perfumesforsaleonline.com

Please note that receipt information correction or order cancellation is not guaranteed for a refund. Perfumes For Sale Online asks you the customer to “PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL DELIVERY INFORMATION IS CORRECT UPON PURCHASE!”

If the order has already been shipped, it is the customer’s responsibility to track it and try to correct their mistake by contacting the logistics company!

If the goods were delivered to the wrong receipt, the customer can try to get the products back at his/her own expense.

If the merchandise is returned in good condition, Perfumes For Sale Online shall refund the order within 7 business days of receiving the goods, as per the buyer’s refund request, or begin redelivery within 7 business days of receiving the goods.

Please note the customer will additionally be in charge of paying the re-delivery fee.

If the order cannot be corrected or returned, the customer will bear their losses.

Defective Products (PackageIsBroken/MissingOrQualityProblems):

If the customer detects any problem upon delivery (damaged package/ missing or wrong goods/ significantly not as described or other quality problems).

The customer must provide valid proof (photos or videos of goods received that clearly show the problem) before the refund or redelivery request will be processed. After the customer files the request, Perfumes For Sale Online will check the proof and respond within 7 business days.

If the proof supplied does not clearly show the problem, the proof checked will be deemed invalid, and Perfumes For Sale Online has the right to reject the customer refund request.

(NOTE: PLEASE MAKE SURE PICTURES/VIDEOS ARE CLEAR AND POINT OUT THE DEFECTS OR QUALITY PROBLEM)

If the customer’s proof clearly shows the problem after it’s verified and checked, the proof checking time shall be no more than 7 business days! If the goods need to be returned for a refund, the customer will be provided with a prepaid return label within 7 business days of proof approval.

Once confirmed, it’s in transit and has been received at the return location specified on the prepaid return label. When the merchandise shows it has arrived, the refund will be refunded.

If proof is valid, and the customer would like to request redelivery, the redelivery shall take place within 7 business days of proof approval.

Please Note: Perfumes For Sale Online has the right to refund your order if the redelivery merchandise is out of stock or if customers would like to be able to reorder products when they are restocked.

Logistics Issues:

6.1 Invalid tracking information

If Perfumes For Sale Online finds the customer’s tracking number to be incorrect, the customer can expect to receive the correct tracking number within 4 business days, or Perfumes For Sale Online will issue a refund for the order.

6.2 Untimely Tracking Info Updates

If the tracking information on the logistic website remains unchanged for over 7 business days after the label was created, the customer is eligible to request for a refund.

Perfumes For Sale Online needs 7 business days to process the customer’s refund request completely.

6.3 Too-Long Shipping Period

If the shipping time exceeds the estimated delivery time by a minimum of 10 days and Perfumes For Sale Online fails to provide any legitimate tracking information updates, the customer has the option to ask for a reimbursement/refund.

If the transit time exceeds the estimated delivery time by 10 days or more and Perfumes For Sale Online fails to provide valid, updated tracking information, the customer may request a refund.

At the customer’s request, Perfumes For Sale Online will handle refunds and order processing within 7 days, Monday through Friday.

Note: The following clause is not enforceable during periods of exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to holidays, pandemics (such as COVID-19), unusual weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.

Other:

In the event of holidays, COVID-19, irregular weather, or any other unusual circumstances, the buyer should contact refunds@perfumesforsaleonline.com to address any issues related to merchandise or logistics.

Perfumes For Sale Online strives to promptly aid customers in these unique situations.

Once Perfumes For Sale Online has been informed, expect to receive a resolution regarding these matters within a maximum of two weeks.
